Lifeball in Vienna Terms & Conditions
Contest Rules and Regulations
The prize of this contest, compliments of Conxity, is a trip for two comprised of:
(1) return flights between Toronto to Vienna, May 14 – 19 2008 with Austrian Airlines;
(2) 4 nights accommodation at a 4 star-hotel (specific hotel to be determined);
(3) Life Ball tickets;
(4) 4 breakfasts at hotel;
(5) round trip airport transfers by private car;
(6) historical city tour;
(7) Vienna card (discounts at art galleries; free transit).
The entire trip is valued at over $4,000, including applicable taxes.
The draw will occur on Monday, April 7, 2008. All entries must be received by Sunday, April 6, 5 p.m. Three entries will be randomly drawn: the first entry alone is for the prize, and (in sequence) the second and third entries will be drawn solely as back-ups should the holder of the first entry drawn be unwilling or otherwise ineligible.
To be eligible to win, entrants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the draw. Entries cannot be made by Conxity staff, ACT staff, or their partners. Entries and contributions once made cannot be refunded. No donation is required to enter draw. Ballots may be picked up at 399 Church Street, 4th floor during normal office hours.
The winning entrant will be contacted and must produce valid identification. The winner agrees to allow their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes by ACT and Conxity. The winner has until Friday, April 18, 2008, 5 p.m. to pick up and claim the prize. Upon taking possession of the prize, the winner absolves ACT of any and all responsibility for the prize, relevant travel arrangements, and any financial and civil liability.
