Participation is always voluntary and we will only add your name to these lists when you request it. We use software that collects IP addresses for system administration, to report aggregate information and to audit the use of our website. However, this software does not allow us to personally identify you by your IP address - so even though your visit to our site will be logged and tracked, you personally will remain anonymous to us. How We Use This InformationThe very nature of a travel agency is to act on behalf of you, our client. Much of the information we collect from you is passed along to our suppliers in order to complete your travel arrangements. Usually we only ask you for the minimum information required to complete the booking.We also have legal and regulatory obligations to collect other information about you (for example, an address). We forward this information to our suppliers, most often through our travel reservation systems. We also record your personal and travel information in our own in-house administrative systems. All these systems are password protected. By law we must retain all paper records of your booking for seven years at which point all paper records are destroyed. Electronic information is not destroyed. We may aggregate your personal information with that of others for analysis and other administrative purposes. However, we do not share any individual information with third parties in this process.
