Privacy Policy

conxity.com is committed to using the personal information we collect from you responsibly.

We will use it only to the extent necessary to complete transactions you have instructed us to carry out on your behalf. We also want to help you make the most of your free time online within a trusted environment. This privacy policy explains how we collect, protect, use and share information gathered about you when you purchase travel from us or visit our website.

The Information We Gather

We collect information about you through two principal means: through your voluntary submission of information and through technology (for example IP addresses).

In order to complete the sale of a travel product on your behalf, we must request certain information about you. Some of the information we collect is required by our suppliers in order to complete a booking. In some cases laws and regulations require that we collect certain information from you (e.g., for travel security purposes).

We also maintain emailing lists such as our Flash list. Participation is always voluntary and we will only add your name to these lists when you request it.

We use software that collects IP addresses for system administration, to report aggregate information and to audit the use of our website. However, this software does not allow us to personally identify you by your IP address - so even though your visit to our site will be logged and tracked, you personally will remain anonymous to us.

How We Use This Information

The very nature of a travel agency is to act on behalf of you, our client. Much of the information we collect from you is passed along to our suppliers in order to complete your travel arrangements. Usually we only ask you for the minimum information required to complete the booking.

We also have legal and regulatory obligations to collect other information about you (for example, an address).

We forward this information to our suppliers, most often through our travel reservation systems. We also record your personal and travel information in our own in-house administrative systems. All these systems are password protected.

By law we must retain all paper records of your booking for seven years at which point all paper records are destroyed. Electronic information is not destroyed.

We may aggregate your personal information with that of others for analysis and other administrative purposes. However, we do not share any individual information with third parties in this process.

During your use of our website, you may provide us with personal information for the purpose of requesting information, joining one of our lists or for other reasons. conxity.com does not sell the personal information of our users to third parties. conxity.com may use this information for its own internal purposes so we can continually improve the content of our site and to offer you products and services that best meet your interests and needs. conxity.com may use the personal data you provide online or as part of the booking process to send or otherwise provide you with information about new products and services or about offers that we feel may be of interest to you. You may also opt out of this service by contacting us; see our contact information below.

You Can Access Your Information

With only a few exceptions, you have the right to see what personal information we hold about you. All you have to do is ask.

We can help you identify what records we might have about you and will try to help you understand any information you do not understand (e.g., industry forms, abbreviations, technical language, etc.).
